Welcome to Spot Free Home & Office Clean GA LLC. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before scheduling any cleaning service.

1. Services

Spot Free Home & Office Clean GA LLC provides residential and commercial cleaning services as described on our website. Service availability, duration, and pricing may vary. We reserve the right to modify, refuse, or discontinue services at our discretion.

2. Appointments & Access

Clients must provide safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time. If our staff cannot access the property, the appointment may be canceled and the full service fee may still be charged.

3. Payments

Payment is due at the time of booking or immediately after completion of services. We accept cash, check (only available for offline payments/manual payments), Venmo, Paypal as well as the following major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, JCB, Diners Club, UnionPay).

4. No Refund Policy

All payments made to Spot Free Home & Office Clean GA LLC are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by law. If you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to address your concerns through a service re-clean or credit toward future services, at our sole discretion. 5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations with less notice, or failure to provide access to the property, may result in the full service fee being charged.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information regarding the property and service requirements.

• Securing pets, valuables, fragile items, and breakables prior to service.

• Notifying Spot Free Home & Office Clean GA LLC of any hazardous conditions or special instructions.

7. Liability & Damages

While we take great care in performing our services, Spot Free Home & Office Clean GA LLC is not liable for: Normal wear and tear or deterioration of household items; Pre-existing damage to property, fixtures, or surfaces; Loss or damage to unsecured valuables, fragile, or irreplaceable items; Allergic reactions to cleaning products, unless prior notice has been given and alternative products agreed upon. Our liability, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the total cost of the service provided on the date of the incident.

8. Health & Safety

For the safety of our staff, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services if conditions are unsafe, unsanitary, or otherwise inappropriate.

9. Termination of Services

We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if a client engages in unsafe, inappropriate, or disrespectful behavior toward our staff, or if these Terms are otherwise violated.

10. Governing Law
