No Refund Policy
At Spot Free Home & Office Clean GA LLC, we take pride in providing professional, high-quality cleaning services for every client. Due to the nature of our work, all sales are final and non-refundable once a cleaning service has been completed. If you are unsatisfied with any aspect of your service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion so we can review your concerns and determine the best possible resolution. Please note that we are not responsible for any changes to the condition of the space after our team has completed the cleaning (for example, if an event or additional use occurs after service) and concerns must be reported before any changes are made to the space.
Our goal is to maintain transparency and fairness while ensuring every client receives the best possible cleaning experience.
Examples of non-refundable situations include, but are not limited to:
Normal wear and tear, pre-existing damage, or permanent stains that cannot be removed through standard cleaning
Areas, items, or services not included in the originally agreed-upon scope of work
Dissatisfaction based on personal preference rather than service quality
Conditions caused after service completion, including pets, spills, weather, or events
Failure to report concerns within the 24-hour review period
Refund requests due to time limitations, access issues, or interruptions caused by the client

Late arrival or delayed access to the property
Inability to access certain rooms, areas, or surfaces during the scheduled service time
Utilities not available or functioning properly at the time of service (such as water or electricity)

Requests to shorten, pause, or modify the service after cleaning has already begun
